9# Geeks Culture. Are You A Part Of It ?

Hey Friends,

Are you aware of the 'Geek Culture'??? No? Well there might be some who may be knowing about this or even be a part of it just like me. Geek culture is new style of present world, we are into tech stuffs, we love fiction and sci-fi stuffs, also we have a reasonable amount of knowledge about near about everything and are always hungry for something new. But don't rank us with those nerds...there is a fine line between us. Nerds have a very deep knowledge about anything and everything that they might be know, they are kind of saints like people who would prefer working on various problems of maths or physics over chilling even after their final exams gets over. We geeks lies somewhere between the pop culture and the hipsters. Geeks are usually very proud of  being so, and don't hesitate to be counted as one.

About Kratos

Kratos is a fictional video game character from Sony Santa Monica's God of War series, which is loosely based on Greek mythology. Kratos first appeared in the 2005 video game God of War, which led to the development of six additional games featuring the character as the protagonist. Kratos also appears as the protagonist of the God of War comic series and novels. He has been consistently voiced by Terrence C. Carson, and Antony Del Rio voiced the character as a child in God of War: Ghost of Sparta.

In the series, Kratos embarks on a series of often forced adventures in attempts to avert disaster or to change his fate. He is usually portrayed as being oblivious to all else, often engaging in morally ambiguous activities and performing acts of extreme violence. He is a Spartan warrior eventually revealed to be a demigod, and becomes the God of War. Each adventure forms part of a saga with vengeance as a central theme, providing additional information about Kratos' origins and his relationships with his family and the gods.

7# You Don’t Need To Be A Nerd In Order To Be Smart

Hey Friends,

It has been a long long time that we people, to be specific the, we Indian society, has been considering the nerds or the class toppers as the smartest and talented ones and are given a very high position in our society. They are considered as the extreame inventors, innovators and that they can solve any problem that comes in their way with an ease. WRONG!!! WRONG!!! WRONG!!! Absolutely wrong!!! They may earn millions of dollars in the wests but very few among them can earn ‘billions’ of dollars. These class toppers may solve any textual or high order mathematical or physics equation which might need a lot of brainstorming, but they can not get comfortable with a something as simple as social interaction or a relationship. But we, so called non-intelligent burdens on earth can deal with both of them, the studies and the relationships and our social lifes.

5# Students committing suicide? Or are they murdered!!!

Hey Friends,

Last night I  was while I was watching tv, I came across a very interesting show ‘Gumrah- End of Innocence’ on Channel V. The episode that they were showing was focused on, how students suicide due to pressure in their teen years. That episode and the show touched me deeply, it made realize that it is true that many student are pressured a lot by their family, teachers, society etc. Students gets so frustrated that with all this that they are left no other option rather than to give their lives. Before I start to discus on this matter, I would like to share a story.

4# Social Media: Helpful or Harmful?

Hey Friends,

It’s hard to believe that despite the life cycle of social media being only in its infancy, it has revolutionized our personal and professional lives so profoundly. Organizations have finally begun to recognize the importance of building a business platform that can seamlessly amalgamate the interests of employees and customers.  Companies are branching out via social media tools such as blogs, forums, viral videos, Facebook contests, etc. that allows customers to see the dynamic personalities driving corporate entities.

3# Dominance of Cricket in India...

Hey Friends,

Earlier this day I was going through an article, and I was very upset at the ending while reading it. It was an article about the India cricketers who just won the ICC Champions Trophy and have been awarded with 1 crore rupees each from the government of our nation . If it were any other sport the prize amount would have half of this. There's a reason why Indians do badly in sports that require high levels of physical fitness. For India, despite its vast population (1.22 billion at the last count) and genetic diversity, has had an astonishingly unimpressive record in international athletic achievement. India won only one medal each year at the Games in 1996 (bronze), 2000 (bronze) and 2004 (silver). In Beijing in 2008, the Indian team won three medals including a gold, but was ranked 50th among all the nations participating, behind tiny countries like Belgium, Finland and the Dominican Republic. It is a shame that our country which has one-sixth of the total world population has to try hard to get even a single bronze medal in the Olympics.

2# Future = You + Technology !!!

Hey Friends,

We are living in an era of evolution, not the evolution of we humans but the evolution technology. Today, nothing can be said as “IMPOSSIBLE”. When we asked for  a device that can help us in our everyday life, smartphones were created. Who would have thought of a bending screen, but Samsung gave us Youm displays which can be bend in any way we want. Contribution of modern technology is everywhere, from education to medical, deep-core mining to space, application of modern technology can be seen anywhere around us.

1# We Are Standing in a Crowd

Hey Friends,

It's been a long, long day...and I had an argument with one of my friends couple of hours ago on how the students nowadays are pursuing a career blindly in order to just earn money. Lets take example of our own nation where students opting for science stream in classes 11th and 12th are considered to be superior over those who are pursuing commerce stream. It is because most of the people don't know how broad scope is there in other streams like Commerce and Arts.
